All hearings, trials, and other OATH operations are being conducted by telephone, videoconferencing, online, or mail. In-person appearances are available in pre-approved circumstances.
Hearings Division: In-person hearings must be requested, granted and prescheduled and are currently only taking place at 66 John Street.

We work with the following monetary violations DSNY, DOHMH, DOB, FDNY, DOT & DEP
Yes, we work with HPD and will walk you through the process as a consultant or we can be listed as the managing agent and free up your time.
We are very diligent staying within the time frames for dismissals and/or adjournments. With your cooperation as an owner and/or managing agent we never allow a default status to occur. All hearing adjournments are $25.
All violations categories handled by OATH
While most DSNY summons's are $100 we provide services to attend the hearing and win. When we win you will be charged half of the penalty.
FDNY summons's that we handle the most are with your alarm company. We will fight these tickets as long as we have proper documentation. All other infractions are additional fees.
Most of the above violations should be in the contractors name if a permit was pulled. We will work with the contractor to collect the paperwork and attend the hearing - flat fee.
There are certain instances that we can fight the violation and obtain an dismissal if there is no contractor involved. The fee for dismissal is half the penalty.
The DOHMH violations are set at $300 each. There are often times they will issue multiple violations at once. Our fee for the DOHMH dismissal is half of each summons.
We handle all HPD violations including Dismissal Requests - MOLD, LEAD & INFESTATION - the fee charged is per violation number.
We will use our consulting department to walk you through every step of the process. Which would include - Assessment, Abatement & 3rd Party Verification.
While LEAD is a major headache we are experienced with audits and will consult with you for the removal process.
We charge a consultation fee and provide you with our expertise in removing the violation.
